We have discovered that the blend of Red Pippin, the perfect eating apple and the sharper Bramley makes a really refreshing juice. All our apples are picked by hand, pressed and the juice is then gently pasteurized, so the bottles have a two year shelf life. Another organic juice producer, Luscombe in Devon, also take several tons of our apples to make their own label organic juice.
As you will have read in the press, pure cloudy apple juice is full of anti-oxidants and vitamins. It makes a really delicious alternative to alcohol. Our bottle labels now carry the Soil Association symbol and the juice is available from local retailers, farmers' markets and direct from the farm. Our juice is available in large bottles (75cl) and we have recently produced some 275ml bottles, suitable for bars and restaurants.
